Workshop Terms & Conditions
All Workshops conducted and facilitated by Lisa Brandis and Intuitive Reiki International are subject to the following terms and conditions. Registration for our events can be done in person or online.
Submitting an application online will constitute an agreement to the following workshop terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions specified below by registering online or in person.
These terms and conditions have been made available to you online at registration.
Fees and Charges
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you have selected under the course Enrolment Agreement.
You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online training videos, online interactive resources, online PDFs and workbooks.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if Intuitive Reiki International cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student decide to cancel within the 48-hour money-back guarantee period, please note there is an admin fee of $50 (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur).
You will need to pay these fees in total if you have incurred additional late/failed payment fees with our payment plan provider.
Intuitive Reiki International does not offer full refunds outside of the 48-hour period under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at: admin@intuitivereiki.com.au.
You can:
- Opt to transfer to a different course if your chosen course is not suitable.
- Opt to transfer the course to a different person (friend, family or someone interested in taking over the course)
- Unlimited Access: so you can return to complete the course at any time *Dependent on the course

Liability Waiver
By agreeing to participate in activities conducted by Lisa Brandis, the undersigned releases Lisa Brandis from any claims, demands, and liabilities to the undersigned’s person and/or property arising from participation in said activities.
By using the online booking form, I agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions, including the Copyright & Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that all sales are final, and any rescheduling of session times must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. I understand that canceling or missing appointments for any reason within 48 hours of the appointment time forfeits the session time and money paid.

1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Application – These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of the Training Package by Intuitive Reiki (hereafter known as Intuitive Reiki).
1.2. Acceptance – You confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by submitting this registration form for the Intuitive Reiki Training Package in person or via online registation.
1.3. Authority to Amend – No person other than a director of Intuitive Reiki has authority to amend, vary or waive these Terms and Conditions on behalf of Intuitive Reiki.
1.4. Interpretation – Capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in clause 11 unless the context otherwise requires.
2. Supply of Professional Training Services
2.1. Supply of Services – You agree to accept and pay for, and Intuitive Reiki agrees to provide the Training Package, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Restriction – Intuitive Reiki does not agree to provide the Training Package to any person who is not a resident in Australia OR New Zealand.
3. Bookings
3.1. Registration Form – You may request the provision Training Package by completing and submitting this Registration Form to Intuitive Reiki. Upon receipt of this Registration Form, an Intuitive Reiki representative will contact you using the contact details provided by You in this Registration Form. By submitting this Registration Form you authorise and request Intuitive Reiki to contact you and enrol you in the Intuitive Reiki Training Package stated on this Registration Form.
3.2. Confirmation – If you and Intuitive Reiki agree to proceed with a Training Package, Intuitive Reiki will issue you a confirmation.
3.3. Cooling Off/Cancellation – you may cancel the Training Package within 2 days of registering for the workshop. If Intuitive Reiki receives a cancellation request from you within the stated time, Intuitive Reiki will cancel the Training Package and refund the fees you have paid. Should the Training Package occur within 2 days of the confirmation, the cooling off period will expire at the commencement of the Training Package.
3.4. Rescheduling – You acknowledge that Intuitive Reiki reserves the right to reschedule a Training Session depending, among other things, on the availability of personnel and venues, and while Intuitive Reiki will use all reasonable endeavours to reschedule a Training Session, Intuitive Reiki will not be liable if you cannot attend a Training Session.
4. Fee and Payment
4.1. Timing – you must pay the Training Fee in full to Intuitive Reiki prior to commencement of the Training Package. By providing Intuitive Reiki your valid credit card details, you authorise Intuitive Reiki to debit from your credit card the full payment or in accordance with the payment plan indicated on this registration form. If Intuitive Reiki does not receive payment by one of the methods contained in this clause, Intuitive Reiki may without prejudice to any other remedy it may have, cancel the Training Session or terminate the Training Package with you. You acknowledge and agree that all Training Fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Training Sessions
5.1. Conduct of Sessions – A Training Package entitles you to Training Sessions conducted via the in-person group training. If Intuitive Reiki is unable to provide a Training Session as a result of technical malfunction or server inactivity or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, Intuitive Reiki will reschedule that Training Session.
5.2. Attendance – If you fail to attend any Training Session, Intuitive Reiki will not refund you any portion of the Training Fee. You agree that the whole Training Fee is payable whether you attend and/or participate in the Training Session or not.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. Suitability of Services – To the maximum extent permitted by Law You acknowledge and agree that:
(i) Intuitive Reiki does not warrant or guarantee any outcomes, or the suitability of the Training Packages, for any purpose; and
(ii) You understand that Reiki and/or Hypnotherapy or any other therapy or training provided by Intuitive Reiki or their staff and/or representatives is not a replacement for medical treatment, including but not limited to, psychological or psychiatric services or the appropriate counselling. You also understand that Lisa Brandis does not treat, prescribe for, or diagnose any condition. You declare that, if You have any concerns about your ability to attend this event you will seek appropriate medical/psychological approval prior to attending this workshop. If you have any medical/psychological conditions that you feel Lisa Brandis or Intuitive Reiki should be aware of please contact her prior to booking/attending the workshop or event via lisa@intuitivereiki.com.au
(iii) You indemnify Intuitive Reiki from and against any loss or damage arising as a result of your failure to obtain independent psychological or psychiatric advice, in accordance with this clause.
6.2. Release – You acknowledge and agree that Intuitive Reiki is not liable for and You release Intuitive Reiki from any and all Claims including but not limited to:
(i) Any failure, error, omission or interruptions in the availability or quality of the internet, telecommunications systems or other technology used during a Training Session; and
(ii) Any interference, loss or damage to any data, computer system, mobile device or any other property arising as a result of or in connection with the provision of the Training Package; and
(iii) Any reliance on any information, document, advice or other material(s) by Intuitive Reiki in connection with the Training Package or on its website.
6.3. Exclusion of Liability – To the Maximum extent permitted by Law, You agree that Intuitive Reiki will not be liable for, and you waive any right you have to claim, any loss of income, production, contract and/or customers.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be construed as excluding, restricting or modifying any Consumer Guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. Intuitive Reiki’s liability to comply with the Australian Consumer Law is limited, at the sole discretion of Intuitive Reiki, to supplying the service again or payment of the costs of having the service supplied again.
8. Intellectual Property and Privacy
8.1. Intellectual Property – You acknowledge and agree that Intuitive Reiki will retain ownership of all Intellectual Property created as a result of or in connection with the Training Package. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish or broadcast any of the material contained in the Training Sessions.
(i) I understand that any mp3 download or CD is provided for me at Intuitive Reiki’s discretion and it is for private use only and it is not to be lent, copied or sold under any circumstances.
8.2. Privacy – Subject to the terms of its Privacy Policy, Intuitive Reiki will only collect personal information from You for the purpose of providing the Training Package to the extent permitted by Law, notifying You of other services provided by Intuitive Reiki and other parties which may be of interest to You (subject to your rights to opt out of such communications); providing information to You which Intuitive Reiki believes may be useful or relevant to your business having regard to your acquisition of the Training Package and You. You give Intuitive Reiki permission to collect and store any personal details and other information provided by You in connection with the Training Package in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Confidential Information
Intuitive Reiki will not disclose your confidential information unless:
(i) You give your consent to disclose or use of the information
(ii) The use of disclosure of the information is required by law; or
(iii) The use of disclosure is required for the purpose of performing the Training Package
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Western Australia.
11. Definition and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears, the following words have the following meanings:

| Reiki WA Pty Ltd | The service provider, Reiki WA Pty Ltd including its employees, servants, presenters and sub-contractors. |
| GST | Any tax, levy, charge or impost generally imposed pursuant to the New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999, or any other Act of Parliament pertaining to goods and services tax. |
| Intellectual Property | Trade-marks, trade names, domain names, logos, get-up, patents, inventions, registered and unregistered design rights, copyrights, circuit layout rights, and all related to Reiki WA and all of its agents. |
| Law | Any law, regulation, authorisation, ruling, judgement, order or decree of any government agency and any statute, regulation, proclamation, ordinance or by-law. |
| Privacy Policy | Intuitive Reiki Trust privacy policy published on the Website, as amended from time to time. |
| Registration Form | The registration form issued by Intuitive Reiki Trust is for a Training Package in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. |
| Training Fee | The fee payable by You for the Training Package, as published on the Website and/or confirmed to You at the time of purchasing the Intuitive Reiki Trust Training Package stated on this Registration Form. |
| Training Package | The Intuitive Reiki Trust program stated on this Registration Form; a package of Training Sessions to be provided to You. |
| Training Session | Any training session for the provision of the Training Package, at a designated time and date, under these Terms and Conditions and set out in a Confirmation. |

Your privacy is critically important to us. It is Intuitive Reiki’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. www.intuitivereiki.com.au may use the remarketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using a contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network.
