Intuitive Reiki International® – Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training programs, certifications, workshops, mentoring and professional development services provided by Intuitive Reiki International®, operated by Reiki (WA) Pty Ltd as trustee for the Intuitive Reiki Trust.
By enrolling in any training program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrolment
1.1 Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation is provided by Intuitive Reiki International®.
1.2 Some programs may require prerequisites or suitability for entry.
1.3 Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to decline, suspend or cancel enrolment where necessary to maintain professional and educational standards.
2. Training Programs & Delivery
2.1 Training Programs may include Reiki training, intuitive development courses, mentoring programs and professional certification pathways.
2.2 The structure, content, duration and delivery format of each Training Program is described on the relevant enrolment or sales page at the time of purchase.
2.3 Training may be delivered online, in person, or via a hybrid format.
2.4 Where Training Programs are delivered in staged levels, progression may be subject to satisfactory completion of earlier components.
2.5 Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to adjust session dates, facilitators, delivery format or program structure where reasonably necessary.
3. Fees & Payment
3.1 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing and are exclusive of GST unless specified.
3.2 By enrolling, you agree to pay the full course fee as outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment Plans
3.3 Where a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
3.4 Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to training materials or programs until payments are brought up to date.
3.5 Non-payment does not cancel your financial commitment to the program.
Overdue Payments
3.6 If payments remain outstanding for more than fourteen (14) days, Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts.
Third-Party Finance
3.7 Where enrolment is funded through a third-party provider:
a) You enter into a separate agreement with that provider
b) All repayment obligations remain between you and the provider
c) Intuitive Reiki International® is not responsible for finance approvals, disputes, or repayment arrangements
d) Refunds are not available from Intuitive Reiki International® due to finance-related issues
3.8 Failed or late payments may incur additional fees charged by payment providers.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may request a refund within 48 hours of enrolment, provided you have not accessed substantial course materials or attended any live training sessions.
Approved refunds will incur a $50 administration fee.
After 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary training materials.
If Intuitive Reiki International® cancels a live training event before it begins, a full refund will be provided.

5. Transfers & Deferrals
5.1 Transfers, deferrals, or substitutions are subject to written approval.
5.2 Approval is discretionary and may be subject to administrative conditions.
5.3 Fees paid are not transferable without approval.
6. Attendance, Progression & Certification
6.1 Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing required coursework.
6.2 Missed sessions are not refundable.
6.3 Certification is subject to meeting participation, assessment and program requirements.
6.4 Certification criteria are determined solely by Intuitive Reiki International®.
6.5 Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to withhold certification where required standards are not met.
7. Professional Representation & Ethical Conduct
Students who complete training with Intuitive Reiki International® agree to represent their training and certification honestly and ethically.
Students must not misrepresent their qualifications, training level, or relationship with Intuitive Reiki International®.
Certification from Intuitive Reiki International® does not grant permission to present oneself as an official representative, trainer, or affiliate of Intuitive Reiki International® unless a separate written licensing agreement has been provided.
Students agree to uphold respectful and professional conduct when discussing Intuitive Reiki International®, its programs, teachers and community.
If a concern or dispute arises, students agree to first seek resolution directly with Intuitive Reiki International® before making public statements that may damage the reputation of the organisation.
Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to revoke certification or remove association where certification is misused or where conduct is inconsistent with professional and ethical standards.
8. Educational Disclaimer
All training and mentoring provided by Intuitive Reiki International® is for educational and professional development purposes only.
Reiki and intuitive practices are complementary modalities and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Participation in any program does not guarantee specific personal, professional or financial outcomes.
Students remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
Students acknowledge that intuitive, spiritual and personal development practices may involve subjective experiences and personal interpretation.
While Intuitive Reiki International® provides structured training and guidance, students are responsible for how they interpret, apply and integrate the teachings within their personal or professional practice.
Intuitive Reiki International® does not guarantee the accuracy of intuitive impressions or personal insights experienced by students during training.
Participation in personal development and intuitive training may involve emotional reflection or personal growth processes. Students participate voluntarily and agree to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and to seek appropriate professional support where required.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, recordings, systems, frameworks, workbooks and resources provided by Intuitive Reiki International® remain the intellectual property of Intuitive Reiki International®.
Materials are provided for personal educational use only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, recorded, distributed, sold or used to teach others without written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in removal from the program and legal action.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
10.1 Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other students.
10.2 Personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Intuitive Reiki International® Privacy Policy.
11. Conduct & Professional Standards
Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unethical, unsafe or inconsistent with professional standards.
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitive Reiki International® is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in training programs.
Participation in training may involve personal and professional development processes, and students accept responsibility for their own wellbeing and decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Suspension or Termination of Access
13.1 Intuitive Reiki International® may suspend or terminate access to any program where there is:
a) serious or inappropriate conduct
b) breach of these Terms
c) non-payment of fees
d) misuse of intellectual property
e) behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or damages the reputation of Intuitive Reiki International®
13.2 In the event of suspension or termination due to breach or misconduct, no refund will be provided.
13.3 Termination or suspension does not release you from any outstanding financial obligations.
13.4 Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to remove access where necessary to maintain a safe, respectful and professional learning environment.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
15. External Platforms & Third-Party Providers
Participation in programs may involve the use of third-party platforms and service providers, including but not limited to Payhip, payment processors, finance providers and online communication platforms.
Use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Intuitive Reiki International® is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of third-party providers.
16. Completion & Implementation Guarantee
If within 14 days of enrolment you actively engage with the core training materials and make a genuine effort to apply the practices taught, yet feel the program is not aligned with your expectations, you may submit a written refund request.
Requests must include reasonable evidence of engagement with the training.
After 14 days, all enrolments are considered final.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Updates to Terms
Intuitive Reiki International® reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the Intuitive Reiki International® website.
